Poor experience. The accommodation was advertised as having parking, but upon arrival, we found that the driveway was too small for a small van or large car. Consequently, I parked in front of the property gates and unfortunately, my vehicle was towed away, resulting in a 250 euro fine. Subsequently, I had to search for street parking, which proved to be challenging. Although we were offered another parking slot on a property, it was situated on a very busy, narrow, one-way street outside a nursery school, which raised safety concerns. Tragically, we experienced a burglary on the eve of my parent's 50th birthday while we were asleep in the villa, resulting in the loss of cash and valuables (The intruder gained access to the property by forcing open locked sliding doors). The manager assisted us in reporting the incident to the police. However, despite having four nights remaining at the villa after the burglary occurred, the company did not implement any additional safety measures or provide reassurance. Additionally, we found that the pool table and table tennis table, which were key amenities whilst spending a number of days in the villa, were out of use. Furthermore, we discovered leaks under the kitchen and small toilet sinks, adding to our list of concerns. We have yet to receive a response from the company regarding our experience. While Nerja and the villa's rooms/decor were lovely, the theft has left a bitter impression, making us hesitant about returning to this company in the future.
