Es un lugar agradable para estar con los animales. Los tienen muy bien cuidados.
El personal fue muy atento y nos explicó las normas y cómo tratar a los gatos.
Hay un tablón con fotos de cada gato, explicando su historia, cómo es su carácter y dónde les gusta más que les acaricien.
Es una gran iniciativa para dar la oportunidad de conocer a los gatitos y que puedan ser adoptados.
Es muy recomendable reservar con antelación. Nosotros lo hicimos en si web. Hay que firmar un descargo de responsabilidad antes de entrar.

We visited Mew Heaven Cat Cafe on Sunday, and it was such a delightful experience! Booking our tickets ahead of time online was super easy and convenient. Once we arrived, we enjoyed some delicious coffee and tea while spending time with the adorable cats. The space is cozy, and the staff, especially Angela, the owner, was super friendly and welcoming. She really made our visit even more special. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time with furry friends. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for any cat lover!

This was such an amazing experience! The staff was so friendly. The gift shop prices were amazing! They also have a sheet on how each cat acts. A cat climbed up on my lap for around 30-40 minutes. It is such a beautiful and simple experience. I recommend that everyone goes here at least once. My only complaints are that it's is only around 1 hour! Lol! I would spend all day here if I was able to! Also, It was around 30 minutes away! I wish there were so many more of these across the world!!!!! Overall, this was one of the best experiences of my life! If it is so relaxing and so enjoyable. I really hope to go back again soon!!!!!

We made reservations easily online the day before and pre signed the waivers ahead of time. Parked down the street and walked over. They had such cute stuff available for sale and individually packaged baked items for sale and a pretty elaborate drink menu. I loved the banana bread. My husband enjoyed and appreciated the baked gluten free items.
Coffee was hot and good. When we walked over to the car area we all sanitized our hands before going in, which I appreciated, and then went in and there were 29 cats and each had a bio on the wall which was so interesting. Many cats were very playful, I saw one sleeping in a lap and another bring friendly trying to persuade a guest for some of their food. We played with toys. The hour went by so fast. We let the sleeping cats sleep. There was music, a clean restroom, and a lot of seating. Many chose to sit on the ground with the cats though. It was so nice and I hope they all get adopted. Adoption fees seemed reasonable considering all vaccines are included and being fixed is included. I highly recommend.

So fun!! Highly recommend!! My boyfriend and I went for the first time and purchased the 50-minute cat lounge tickets (you can buy extended time at a discounted price if available). Tickets sell out very quickly, so buying tickets online in advance is recommended.

When we first arrived, we sat down on a bench and 3 cats immediately approached us and sat on our lap (2 cats sat on my lap at the same time, it was the best thing ever). The lounge area consisted of two rooms and a bathroom (expect to do your business in the company of cats lol). There is an employee in the lounge area at all times who can answer any questions you may have about the kitties. She was very friendly, and she also asked that you do not pick up any of the cats without asking her first (to avoid picking up the cats who don’t like it).

Most of the cats were adoptable. Ages ranged from kittens as young as 4-months-old to adult cats. There were tons of cat toys you can use to play with them.

There was also a wall that was filled with each cat’s “profile” which included their basic information (name, age, gender, etc.), an “About Me” section, behavior towards others (other cats, dogs, children), any special needs if applicable (ie. another feline companion), a diagram that indicates where they like/dislike to be pet, and their adoption fee.

Outside of the lounge area is the cafe, where you can purchase hot and cold beverages, bakery pastries (ie. oreo cinnamon roll, cupcakes, etc.), cat-themed items, and Mew Haven Cat Cafe merchandise. This is also where you check in. You are able to purchase food and drinks before you enter the lounge area, and a staff member will deliver your drink order to the lounge area so that you don’t have to miss out on time with the kitties (the pastries are pre-packaged, so you are able to take them immediately after purchase).

Overall, it was such an awesome experience, and we would definitely go again!!

Update: We adopted this cat, Elf!

I went here today for “Cat Yoga” to have a fun Sunday session with my husband for his first Yoga Session .We have been loosely thinking about adopting another pet for our young cat who needs a companion. A cat did “choose” me by grooming me and napping on me during Cat Yoga, so we filled out an application. I do Yoga with my cat at home, so if you really want time to meet the cat, it’s a great experience! It’s different from meeting cats/dogs in foster care, as there is a chance you don’t get chosen to take the cat home which can be sad, so you have to be resilient and thankful to have an opportunity to at least meet the cat! The cat that gravitated towards me hasn’t been there too long, so I view it as a positive human interaction for her. I’ve been here before to meet adoptable cats, it’s always been a great experience. It’s nice to know the cats have space to roam and play. Everyone who works there is friendly, and the cats are playful, approachable, charismatic, well fed.

This place is amazing! My granddaughter loved loved to pet the cats and she had a great time. I had a good relaxing time as well! I had cats as long as I can remember my self, so seeing all these babies today it was an amazing experience!! We will definitely visit you again.

My family and I had a great time! There were lots of adorable kitties! All very much grown adult cats but they were nice and played with toys and let you pet them and the snacks were pretty good too, but boy when it's time to go, it's time to go! The lady was not playing it was kinda rude but kinda funny. I get it I be ready to get out when it's time to leave my job too but damn she was like were gonna gone you a 10 and 5 minute warming since there are children but never did and then time hit and it was like we were rushed out. I would still definitely come again.
