Absolutely fantastic resuce. We adopted a pair of TLC cats one month ago (Merlyn and Bubo). During that process, HCH did their due diligence to ensure that the transition was as smooth as possible for both us and the kitties. They gave us so many resources, including their medical records, and general behavior tips, to make sure the cats were set up for their best success.

One month later, and these two shy siblings have taken over my house, demand love and affection, and are finding all of the good sunny spots to sprawl out into. I wouldn't have it any other way!

I know that wouldn't have been possible without all of the behind-the-scenes behavioral work from Janet and the staff at HCH. They do genuinely care about the kitties, and won't just hoist them off and hope for the best.

This is the best place to adopt a cat…or two 🥰The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable about all the kitties they have. When I went in there I knew I wanted a black cat but didn’t find any that were ready to be adopted…but then a cute little black floof walked out of a cage begging to be picked up and I instantly feel in love her. I couldn’t adopt her right away because her sister wasn’t ready so I waited. Within a week, they were ready to be adopted and Happy Cats sent us home with great info about how to slowly get them comfortable to their new home! One of the girls was super shy at first but with help she bloomed into her own and she is the sweetest girl ever. I absolutely love my two girls Beatrix and Salem 🌙🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

I adopted these two good boys from Happy Cats Haven a year ago and am so happy I went through them. They treat all the kitties so well. Your pet comes with shots, chipped, well kitty checkup, food, litter and litter box so you really are all set to go when you leave there. They have aftercare support if you need any help when you get home. They are wonderful people who care about placing the cats with the right people and I highly recommend them!

Great experience here! We lost our beloved 17 year old kitty a few weeks ago. When we felt ready for a new furry family member, we came to this shelter specifically because we were looking for a bonded pair that was well cared for. Happy Cats was easy to work with from application through adoption (staff were great) and I was really impressed with all the materials and resources they provide for you before and after the adoption. My kitties adjusted very fast to their new surroundings and are enjoying ruling their new "Kingdom". Highly recommend this place if you're looking to adopt or if you're looking for a good cause to donate to.

I got my two kitties from Happy Cats Haven, my calico girl Parker early 2022 and just recently my orange boy Buster a few months ago. The adoption process both times went smoothly, and the very nice people I've spoken to explained everything clearly, including adoption fees, what it covered, and how to transition the kitties to their new homes. Both of my cats were spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their vaccinations. Happy Cats Haven is the place I recommend to anyone looking to adopt a kitty of their own, they're really the best and they truly care about finding a perfect match for you.
