STAFF: 5 stars. The crew here on the morning of Wednesday February 7, 2024 was incredibly attentive and helpful. I noticed they would call for backup when there was a line to minimize wait time. Specifically, Anthony, Rick/Ricky (via phone), and one other Grainger team member were able to help me resolve my issue under manufacturer's warranty and bring back the pump we needed for our warehouse. I highly recommend this location and look forward to continuing to bring our company's business here. PARKING: Easy and plenty. STOREFRONT: Clean and well organized.

I was doing some minor re-wiring on my HVAC unit but hadn't really done anything like it before. No store had the part I was looking for until I was directed to Grainger. They had the exact specialty part I was looking for and were extremely helpful in informing me how to use it. They even crimped the connector for me so I didn't have to buy the tools for a one time job. The customer service here blew away my expectations!
