We rented a backhoe for a month to clear a driveway on our recently purchased property....That comes to approximately 120 hours...Due to weather we were only able to use the machine for maybe 70 hours..The machine sat stuck on a mountain for weeks..We received no compensation and no extended use time. Once we finally got the backhoe out and usable, after about 30 min the machine slid in the driveway and the tire came off. Fabick brought us another machine but their transporter had to use the new machine to drag out the original..causing extensive damage to the rim and tire. We pulled up and talked to the transporter..who told us he had a hard time getting the backhoe out and was told by Lori to do whatever he had to in order to get the machine out..Now we are expected to pay an additional $2000 for damages we did not do and had to redo the driveway because the transporter ruined all the work we were able to do. Terrible customer service and totally took advantage of us. Will not recommend or use again!!

I called the other day to see what the wait time was on getting a engine rebuilt. Wish I new the guys name I talked too. He was rude and that's putting it nice. I told him I had a 3406 b cat and I wanted everything put back on new so I could get the warranty. I told him the price didn't matter just wanted it right. He just laughed and said he doesn't have anyone thats old enough that can work on my old motor. He said he has young mechanics that if they couldn't plug in a computer, they dont know how to work on them. He also told me he couldnt even give me a estimate because it would take up too much time since it's such an old motor. He said he has too price the parts individual, that they didn't come in a kit. He didn't want anything to do with me or the b model cat eng. What a joke to be a cat dealer and have such a rude person working for you.

Had a simple hose repair that we took in to fix. 3 pieces of equipment down and waiting for hose. They won't start working on hose till parts department can send them an acknowledgement. All together it took 2 hours to get that done and hose repaired. Absolutely unacceptable, don't waste your time going there, your better off going to Joplin.

We had broken down in our RV after traveling 1500 miles. We took it somewhere else and they installed new fuel filters, but there was still a problem. Pulled into Fabick first thing Monday morning, and they happily made the repair. Professional and efficient. Thanks guys!

i purchased a brand new 299 and it broke within 1 week. I also purchased full warranty package. It’s been 5 weeks and still no fix. I would recommend another brand. Very poor re return phone calls.

Our motorhome was losing coolant and in need of an oil change, so we contacted Fabick Cat as we passed through Springfield, MO. They worked us in that day, and we were ready to hit the road by the next day, with total peace of mind. Chris and Justin gave us great service, went over the engine with tremendous care, and spent a good deal of time explaining everything that had been checked and done. We recommend them most highly for work on your diesel RV!!

Great place. Made an appointment before arriving. Got right inside and as I’m sitting here the mechanic has not left my truck one time. Here it is 5 hrs later and they are done. No playin around here. These boys work! Good job! Keep up the good work!!
