Great people over all. Had machine serviced in the field for :
8-19-2020 w/ 2647 hrs on it / oil leak
7-29-2021 w/ 2744 hrs / full service in house / open cab / check for any other leaks
9-7-2021 w/ 2753 hrs / oil leak open cab up repair
12-21-2021 w/ 2784 hrs / oil leak / open cab up bad o-ring

Current status oil leaking and will need cab raised again.

9 hours between full service and next oil leak

Their last bill was just over 200 bucks and I asked about it being chalked up to "apprentice hours" the rep I dealt with seemed disinterested and cited that each time the machine was worked on and cab raised was for a different issue. I call that issue an oil leak. Machine is currently leaking oil again. Im fortunate and bought a new 289 from them so don't use the machine daily. I would be more concerned w/ someone that is building a business and having to pay for so many services about a similar issue. Time killer plus start up money taker. I feel the reps should be able to empathized a little more when dealing with customers concerns especially if they are a "similar" issue.

Called them for a problem that's been goin on for quite awhile n they actually listen n let you explain. Also told me another thing goin on isn't normal unlike what the people who rebuilt the motor told me. I got a good feeling about this place n I'll update once they look into it.

Awesome work, able to get u in when they say, and are right on about time frame. Should be 1 star due to them closing now on Saturday, but definitely 5 stars on staff and quality of work
