Living in South Park, it’s sometimes hard to find quality services. Kerrie and the crew at Black Cat took very good care of my wife and I. 10/10 excellent customer service. We had some questions when we first bought our house a few years ago, and Kerrie not only answered those questions honestly and sincerely but she quickly got us on the schedule when I slacked and realized it was time for a pump out this year. Pete and company squeezed me in when we were very worried. Our septic system was froze up between the pump in the leach field. They knew exactly what to do and put their pressure system into it and slowly worked out the ice. These guys are very courteous and inefficient. There probably are other companies who can do the job in this area but I am telling you firsthand these guys can get her done.

We are located on top of a bluff off Elk Horn Road outside Hartsel CO.The county has never maintained our road, it is steep and rutted. I was concerned that the project wouldn’t get done. No problems, Peter arrived on time and ready to work. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he was knowledgeable and professional about his trade. Very proficient .
