I just wanted to say that I highly recommend big cat Plumbing they were very helpful and knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Josh came out to look at it the Chase and Joe came to do it. It was a pretty decent sized job that I couldn't do on on my own.They came in and did what they needed to do and cleaned up their entire mess. They were very professional very polite and they even poured concrete back after they had to breakup concrete floor. I have no complaints and if I ever had to use big cats for any project I would request these two to come do it again. Fantastic and speedy service

Josh with Big Cat was amazing. He came out to my home and gave me a free estimate on installing a water softener/filter. He was super professional , personable and demonstrated a lot of care for our situation. He even gave a ball park estimate for a couple projects I have in mind for the future as well. I really appreciate him and his time and have a great impression of the company because of him.

If I could give more stars I would. 20/10 service. Chase Jernigan and Joe did an outstanding job. Had a main sewer issue and they knocked it out. Very informative group of guys. Even on the coldest days we had these past weeks. These guys showed up on time and completed the job. I highly highly recommend big cat and their guys Chase and Joe. They both performed way above expectations. Thank you big cat for having great workers. Thank you Chase and Joe!!

Setting appointment was easy. They notified me well in advance when to expect the service representative would arrive. Josh arrived on time and immediately informed me what to expect regarding service and got to work. Once completed, we reviewed recordings and Josh took time to answer any questions I had. Big Cat provides high quality service. I had a furnace outage and they were able to dispatch someone on the same day. Marcos was polite, professional and prompt. He clearly explained what the problem was and made sure all my questions were answered. His work was thorough and he left the area clean.

I made an appointment on a Monday and by Wednesday they came to my home and addressed my wall furnace problem. I received email/text of the technician who was to come to my house. It has a photo and a short biography of the technician. I found that quite helpful and more secure knowing who was coming. Ridge assessed the problem and quickly remedied the issue. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Big Cat for your furnace needs.

The entire Big Cat team including the young lady who took my call on a Saturday were by far the best I’ve dealt with in a long long time. They showed up on Monday and did their diagnostics on our furnace and were able to explain to me why and where the issues were. The recommendation was to replace the furnace. I asked can this wait for a couple of weeks because we have plans to be out of town. Their response was why wait we can have this done in the next couple of days. My skepticism kicked and in that’s when my wife said yeah why wait? So we moved forward with the replacement and they showed up on Tuesday and went to work swapping out the old with the new. I’m very impressed with the entire organization. Their communication with me start to finish was awesome. If anyone needs to know how to service their customers they should give Big Cat a call. Thanks to everyone at Big Cat.

We woke up to a gas leak and Brandon and Ron with Big Cat responded very quickly. Ron provided a reasonable quote, and Brandon came back the same day to perform the work. Brandon was professional, took his time to ensure the job was done properly, and educated me about the age of the systems in my house, what I should consider replacing in the future, ect.

Very much appreciate Brandon's attention to detail and expertise. Gas was turned back on by the provider same day and no further leaks were detected.
