Dr. Lori and Dr. Bob and vet techs are exceptional! I’d give 10 stars if I could! My dog struggles with anxiety and can be reactive but with each visit I can see how much more comfortable he gets (plus lots of treats). They always work with me on getting the right anxiety plan in place before he visits and always make it so pleasant for both of us. I live in Montana and I still plan our vet visits for when we’re in town. Highly HIGHLY recommend.

We have taken our animals here for 25 years.
Our older cat is very ill and we rushed home to get her to the vet. We were told Friday evening that "of course" they would squeeze her in as she had been there since she was 3 month old. She is very sick and passing this morning.
We called as directed and were told they could not get her in as they said. They offered no support and are leaving us with no idea what to do.
This is a very expensive service and this IS OUR ANIMALS PRIMARY !!!!
We will never, ever, ever use this agency again after being turned away with our dying baby who had been a patient there for 18 years 😢

Every time I took my fur baby in they were seen by a different vet. They gave him different contrary diagnosis and medications and then my healthy pup died suddenly after taking pills for an ailment he didn’t have then for the following year I got reminders to set an appt callous negligence at best kidney failure was official cause of death but months prior they said his bloodwork was perfect. They are the worst also my dog came back once I fed and soiled on after having to spend the day in their care

These people are the absolute best! They are the most knowledgeable veterinarians and professional assistants- we have been going to them for almost 20 years. Well worth the hour and a half drive!

I took my dog in to get vaccinated, the next day he was feeling sick so we took him in for a check up because he didn’t get any better. After doing numerous tests on him they couldn’t tell us what was wrong with him. They sent him home even though you could clearly see he was close to death. They charged us over 1,500 for tests that couldn’t tell us what was wrong with our baby. The next day we took him because he was in a much worse condition. That is when they told us he had parvo. There was nothing else that could’ve been done. Our little angel lost his life due to these vets not taking the right tests and not caring enough about his health. Don’t come to this vet if you care about your furry friend. We payed them to save our baby, not to let him die.

Going to a Vet with a dog that’s sick you expect the utmost care and attention to detail. Especially coming back a 2nd time after getting vaccines primarily. Overcharged for useless medication and information until it was too late. Plenty of time to actually “TAKE THE TIME” to figure out what’s wrong with a puppy trying to come of age and experience what dogs should. Cut your prices down if you can’t live up to what you’re licensed to practice and perform CORRECTLY. Maybe the next person who chooses a different place that isn’t so focused on a cash grab can save a puppies life or even elderly dogs life before it gets too late or severe. To each their own✌🏻
