First time here.
Great experience as they had exactly what I needed.
1/2 NPT Tap and cutting oil.
They offer 10% discount to Military Veterans.
Paul and Evelyn were very helpful.
Nice well stocked store with many name brand tools and equipment.
Well worth stopping just to browse.

Today was my first time in and didn’t go as planned. I was hyped up to shop at this store. Both items I went in for were not available in store and the 2 items I decided to purchase didn’t match the price on the shelf. The items were $29.99 on sale for $19.99 and it rang up 24.99. They let me walk out without making it right

The people that work here are very nice and the store is great, however Northern Tool puts out promotions with "free" items, to get you to buy the one item and promise to order the free item since it's out of stock at the store, but then they just cancel your order and not deliver on the free part of the deal. They cheat me out of a $100 dollar tool on a purchase of $350. Which I could've gotten at home depot for $50 less. This is false advertisement and in my opinion fraud. So don't fall for their free item promotions, unless all the products are at the store.

*edit; Never received any communication from the store or company regarding the order. It never came and I had to cancel it. Waited a whole month of a status of 'shipped' before I gave up and asked for my money back, which was also a pain to do.

So incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item to ship to this store on 11/26. It was guaranteed to be there between 12/3-12/10. Well, it's Christmas Eve, and my item has been 'in transit' for 3 weeks now according to their website. No one from the company can give me any idea of when my order will actually arrive.

Maybe it'll arrive for Valentine's day? 😑

I do NOT recommend that you get your lawn mower service here. First they charge you a $50.00 fee that I was told is apart of the fee to have your lawn mower diagnosed. But is included in the cost if you get it repaired. Well apparently that's a additional cost that has nothing to do with the actual repair of the unit. Additionally they kept my lawn mower for over two weeks. For me it was cheaper to scrap the old lawn mower and buy a new one.

I was just in this place horrible customer service. I asked a kid working there for a stainless steel drywall poll for a corner tool.
The kid didn't know what I was talking about.
So he told me sorry partner we don't have any like that. I think he should have reinsured me to ask another assistant or manager.
I won't be returning there anytime soon.
